Secure infrastructure for 24/7 prescription collection. Dispensing is completed and supply is approved by the pharmacist before placement — no dispensing, no selection, and no supply occurs at the point of collection.
Designed for pharmacies with limited footprint. Holds approximately 90 prescriptions in a rotating drum mechanism. Ideal for single-location deployments.
Higher-capacity configuration for busier pharmacies. Supports greater script volume with 170 managed prescription slots and extended collection windows. Available in external wall-mount format. Slightly larger than the Compact but double the capacity.

Pharmacist dispenses and approves each prescription before loading into the drum.

Prescription bags are placed into the rotating drum. Each slot is assigned to a specific patient PIN.

Patient enters their PIN at the front of the unit. The drum rotates to deliver their prescription securely.
Controlled retail access for health and wellness products. MedyBOX™ provides access only to non-scheduled retail products and does not handle medicines requiring pharmacist involvement.

MedyBOX™ is installed externally or in a pharmacy vestibule, allowing patient access outside standard trading hours. The pharmacist retains full control over product selection, pricing, and stock management.
With over 4,000 installations globally, MedyBOX™ is a proven retail access model now being introduced to the Australian market through the Med-ID framework.
