As a SynMed customer, you should expect top-notch support every step of the way. Our support team is always available to assist you.  No daily maintenance is required with SynMed systems, and ongoing preventative maintenance is performed on-site by Synergy Medical trained personnel.


Service requirements are diagnosed remotely through a permission-based VPN connection, and the vast majority of service issues are resolved remotely. In the event we need to dispatch a technician, we dispatch our locally based service expert.


The SynMed Service Agreement by Med-ID includes * :

  1. Preventive maintenance visits
  2. Technical support over the phone or via remote connection
  3. Software maintenance, support, and general updates
  4. Emergency and service calls during Pharmacy working hours
  5. All parts and labor required for maintenance and repair as detailed in the terms and conditions
  6. Maintenance record of all service and work performed
